To develop and inspire future leaders and innovators that embraces STEM, to expand and sustain transformative opportunities for D38 and Southern Colorado Region students through a spirit of friendliness, teamwork, and mentorship.
We are a high school robotics competition team in Monument, Colorado comprised of 9th - 12th grade students from D38. We compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) - an international competition comprised of over 3,500 teams in 32 countries. We provide advanced experiential learning opportunities for our students in a fast-paced, fun, and engaging environment lead by industry mentors, all volunteers. We design, fabricate, and build large, fast industrial-sized robots (approximately 150 pounds) to compete in a 3-on-3 game played on a field that's slightly smaller than a competition basketball court. But don't let that intimidate you - all students are welcome to join us, no experience necessary!
